Cannot receive calls. No customer support. – Cloud SIM: Second Phone Number Review

I cannot receive any calls through this app whenever people try to call the number they provided me it says “user busy”. I’ve submitted a request/question to their support email it has been 5 days and I haven’t received any feedback. Stay away until they fix their issues and until they provide better customer support.
