No support – Yup — Math Tutoring App Review

I was using yup every week when suddenly it stopped working. I called, texted, and emailed for help multiple times for a week. No one at yup would help solve the problem. They gave stupid suggestions, like sign in again, turn off your iPad and turn it on again. No one called me and tech support is completely unsupportive. After wasting a week, l thought I could try reinstalling the app. I lost all my data. I am looking for support from local college students now.
