No sound at all – Band-in-a-Box Review

I can’t get this app to actually make any sound when I play a song. Yes, I am sure the volume on my phone is up, and I turned up the volume in the app, too. It runs through the song highlighting each measure as it “plays” but doesn’t play anything.
