Basic app – mophie Space Review

Update. App is no longer supported. Space cases are no longer available for warranty replacement. The app no longer syncs and fails to run at times. Same 6s, now current iOS 12. Great idea, poor implementation. Wish it worked. —— iPhone 6s, 64Gb space case. On my 4th warranty replacement case. Has the 5s space case, super case! 6s case seems to be delicate. If I leave in table, it'll charge phone. In my pocket moving around 50/50 chance it'll bail on charging part way through. From 20% to 39% for example. Switch case off then on and it may continue. But when it works is very nice - I try to stop charging about 90% and I'll get another charge from the case. With the app, needs work. Can't tell what it is syncing, can't kick off the auto syncing. Need to back up the case as when it fails all is lost. No partial recovery. With over 2 yrs of photos, would like to zoom quicker to a time period than swiping till I see it. The app doesn't have any geo-centric ability. That is, that map that shows where photos is taken isn't a feature in the app. It does store photos. I can store slow-mo photos and restore them to iPhone and still watch slow mo, but the app doesn't know how to play that back. Doesn't play well with iPhone live picture, but need to explore that more. Over all, nice idea but the app needs a bit more than basic to be good.
