Terrible Customer Service – Word Shop - Brain Puzzle Games Review

For over 6 months now I have been unable to play this game because I have completed all the levels. I get a message stating “Stay Tuned for New Levels”.....but they never come. I have written to the developers at least 3 times. Usually they do not respond. My latest message from a few days ago did get a rare response and they stated that no new levels were forthcoming. I really enjoyed this game but I do not wish to replay old completed levels. Sooner or later you too will exhaust all the levels and experience the same “we don’t care” attitude. Updated on 02/10/19 There are no new packs forthcoming. All inquiries regarding this issue have been stonewalled. You might as well delete this game, because if you have completed all the levels, that’s all there is.
