Editing is broken or very poorly coded. – Video Speed Editor - Slow and Fast motion effects for multiple parts of your videos Review

I was able to begin the editing process but none of the sliders appeared to function in the way that they seemed to be designed. The main frame which seems like it’s there so you can see the video also doesn’t work.
