Won't open – Adventures of Poco Eco - Lost Sounds: Experience Music and Animation Art in an Indie Game Review

My 9 year old and I are very frustrated. We just paid for and downloaded the app, but it crashes when he goes to open the first level. There are no settings or link to contact the developers on the app so I went to the App Store and tried contacting the developer through that, but it sends me to different app site. Can't even get support. Help me fix this or give me my money back!!!
