I have a yearly subscription AND CANNOT DOWNLOAD FILTERS – Retrica-Original Filter Camera Review

I have contacted support 4 times and nobody will respond. What’s the point of the subscription if I can’t use exclusive filters? It’s $21.99 for a year, which is ridiculous, considering I am unable to actually use the app and customer support is nonexistent.
