Disappointed – Crush Letters - Word Search Review

Well the game started off good was really enjoying it until I went in the game the next day. When you hit the free shuffle button it goes the the add and comes back to the game but does not shuffle the tiles. I’m truly disappointed because I love these kind of game. Please fix it! Truly frustrating.
