WORST UPDATE EVER – Supra eKEY Review

So I’m pretty sure I lost a client over this useless update. Why fix something that is not broken? When I needed to use the app it asked me for an authorization code... supposedly it was emailed to me but it took forever to get it. After multiple attempts it locked me out and then finally after 20 min all authorization codes finally came in all at once but none of them work. I call customer support to be put on hold for 20 min (after being told that the wait time was 15 min) and I still wasn’t able to speak to anyone. So annoying. Wish I could give it 0 stars.
