PLEASE ALLOW US TO JOIN WAITLISTS! – Orangetheory Fitness Booking Review

It’s ridiculous that one of the selling points of OTF is that you can take classes at any gym, yet the app doesn’t support that in a user-friendly way. 1) Let us see our full class schedule regardless of OTF location booked. 2) Let us join the waitlist via the app. There is NO POINT in having an app if I have to call to schedule my gym sessions/get on the waitlist. 3) Let us schedule out sessions beyond our bill date. If we don’t pay, THEN cancel those classes automatically. Again, there is no point in an app if I’ve got to call the gym to schedule out sessions. You guys are making your own app obsolete. PLEASE fix this stuff.
