Was working until I got an iPhone X – Heat Pad HD - Relaxing Heat Sensitive Surface Review

Worked before (on different Apple ID and device) and it was great. But then I got an iPhone X and there’s a weird grid on the screen. Might be detecting the touch screen tech.
