Score intermittently resets – Fill Wooden Block: Cube Puzzle Review

I play this game all the time and love it. But there is a bug somewhere that intermittently resets the score back to 0. The hats are saved and the high score is saved correctly, but when the score resets, I am tempted to never play again. I have contacted support a number of times and I have received a response but no solutions to the problem. It’s very frustrating and makes what is a relaxing pastime into a nerve wracking episode. I hope it ca be addressed.
