I have just a few issues – Hop Ball-Bounce On Stack Tower Review

I gave this game two stars because I like it but I have many issues. #1: one time I was playing the game and I was about to get past the level just then the ball hit the third gem and went right threw it! It did not give me the gem! #2: the first time I played the game I was actually good at it then it told me the game had stopped and I could not play for 2 weeks! Then I went Into the game and my screen was white and all that was on it said, “ please call this number to fix”. It gave me the number 918-347-2346. I waited another week or so and then the game was fine except my high score was 0. #3: when you get to a level with moving things I was about to go right in between it and it disappeared and then reappeared right where I was and killed me! Then i did it again and had one more gem and got the gem then my ball instead of going down it went up then my screen went black. The next day it was fine !!! Edit: this game is fun but some issues make me regret playing please fix this!!!
