What’s going on? – MiFrame - Collage Maker & FX Editor & Photo Frame from InstaCollage FREE Review

I love this app but for some reason I can’t use it anymore. Every time I try making a collage, it says: “This app does not have access to your photos or videos” I click to enable and there’s no options available. I called Apple and there’s nothing they could do. Please fix this problem . I love this app
