Poor customer service – GrubCab.com -- Food Delivery Review

The one feature that this app completely lacks is a direct phone number to call about an order that has been placed. I ordered my dinner the other night - one small chicken pho - not only did this take an hour and a half to arrive at my door, but when I reached out to customer service asking where my food was - I never got a response that night. When my food finally came, I was in the other room when my husband answered the door to retrieve our food. I got my one chicken pho, but I also got someone else’s dinner that I did not order! The bite squad guy had already left when I discovered my order was wrong and I still hadn’t received a response from customer service nearly an hour ago when I first reached out. They some how mixed up the orders and the poor people who ordered their food never received their dinner since it ended up with me.... I didn’t hear back from customer service until THE NEXT DAY via email. Can you imagine the lack of timing that a company can provide to their customers? Unbelievable. If you want to improve this app.... please add the function to CALL customer service directly or CALL the bite squad delivery person directly. Cut out the whole Email process entirely, it’s useless when it comes to efficiency.
