Game is broken won’t let me pay – Galaxy Legend Review

I haven’t payed in a while like a year and I’m playing on a iOS now instead of a android but Idk if that makes a difference but when I try to login to my character on my Facebook account in the server 111 and the character name kai Williams it tells me to download the correct version of the game and when I uninstall the game and install the version that is brings me to in the App Store which is the regular version it doesn’t work still so please fix that
