Lost everything but paid for backup storage – Leap Second - Everyday Videos Review

I paid for the leap second pro app, and after 6 months of working on my timeline, the app updated and deleted all of my videos that were supposed to be saved to the app. I have tried to contact customer service and each time they reply to me it takes a day and a half...very upsetting do not buy this app if you value your videos and want a secure backup service.
