Where is the app support? – Water Reminder - Daily Tracker Review

Like the app on my watch but it isnt working correcty on my husband’s watch (wont switch to imperial ounces measurments) and theres no obvious app support on the phone or watch or online. When you go to the developer website theres no mention of this app on their site and so support link or contact button. Didnt want to rate the support but app store wont let you leave the stars blank
