No Support for purchases and saves across iOS platforms – Iron Marines: RTS offline game Review

I have paid and played many games from this developer. I thought I’d treat myself to the only two games I hadn’t played yet - Iron Marines and Vengeance. Iron Marines is a pretty good game, but when I loaded it on my iPhone XR, I couldn’t port my save from my iPad. I also purchased the heroes on my iPad and the heroes are not appearing on my iPhone. It does not keep track of my progress on both devices as well. My iCloud is up and running, but the app keeps telling me to turn it on (which it is). I have sent multiple emails through their website and the apps with no response. The older games were playable on both of my devices with no issue. ery poor customer support and game support.
