Plenty of bugs/bad customer service – Slots Vacation Review

I helped the two original creators build this app and worked to help it grow for 4 yrs but they kept doing things that I disagreed with in how they treated players and have yet to fix known issues. They’ll simply launch some other crap rather than fixing problems and not once have they ever stood behind putting players needs first or resolving problems that affect the whole experience. Doesn’t matter if you report concerns or what they do that’s wrong lol. They’ll put players off and continue to let the same problems go unfixed and have no regard. Don’t get me wrong , some features have made the game appealing in general, such as tournament play and progressive wins , which I helped introduce lol .. but when I’ve seen this app continue to ignore long term problems and not once , exhibit any regard to resolve simple issues that easily could be addressed, it’s disheartening. I ran tech and social reach and helped hundreds of thousands of players and provided advertising and marketing and it’s just a shame to have worked so hard to see all of that just fall by the wayside bc this app fails to put its customers concerns at a respectable level. They def. have some good features and aren’t intrusive and I’ve enjoyed some of the games and have not only worked alongside developers and creators to help this app become a success , but was one of the first 20-50 players initially , before launching to social media platform and yeah they’ve made some positive strides but It’s a shame that known issues have continued on for years with no resolve whatsoever. The customer service is lacking in many ways. Every once in a while you’ll get a good rep that honestly tries to rectify issues but there is a barrier in many ways Between reps and players, where reps have done Nothing or not even comprehended concerns and how to communicate with players or follow up to fix them. Currently on iPhone X, game lags and they’ve yet to fix bugs where app force closes if reports are made , if you close app out after contacting customer care. This has bn known for at least 3 yrs but nothings been done. All stars earned are lost anytime reinstallation is needed. Reps aren’t well versed in the rules of Progressive pay out requirements on the 10,000 min. To win feature and will give varying answers as to what triggers or qualifies as progressive jackpot winners either. Some claim the more bet the greater the odds of winning. This isn’t true. Any random spin can trigger that win as long as min. Bet requirement is played. There is often a need for interpretation among several reps as English is most likely not their primary language. Issues with scatter bonus while in tournaments when scatter happens to awarded ALONG WITH a paying combination have been for approximately 4 yrs, having issues where win at that time hasn’t been awarding dollar amount but instead, has been paying in diamond value , where this should only occur if winning combos are triggered once scatter bonus has begun. This app still has issues where any winnings paying 666 or 6,666 and so on are shown to pay 667 or 6,667 etc. yet they’re actually paying only 666. There is lagging on daily spin bonus and it should be an incentive when you’ve played this app for yrs lol concerning 4hr bonus collection. 50,000 isn’t quite worthy in comparison to level of player and should be significantly increased. Don’t get me wrong , I’ve continued to play and root for this app and hope for the best but after yrs of trying to help this app succeed and be beneficial and enjoyable for players, it’s disheartening to see so many issues unresolved with no intent on behalf of suppt. Staff to fix known issues. There are more long term issues that have gone ignored but these are just a few from the perspective of someone who’s been in it from both sides lol. Not trying to discourage anyone from playing but only trying to give the honest truth from my experience. I’ve helped this app in many ways and never took profit other than having periodic credits as a thank you for investigating issues in real time and providing tech. Evidence of known issues to help run app efficiently and give creators an inside view into them as they occurred but even then , it wasn’t anything over the top or advantageous over any player. I’ve had a few good experiences with support from time to time and I’m glad to see reps that work honestly with players in mind , taking issues seriously , but there’s a huge lacking on behalf of suppt. Where their main focus is simply adding games and changing graphics, rather than putting effort into fixing issues. Where we once were able to Send gifts , they removed this feature bc it was in players favor. We’re very limited and I Gave this app all it needed To gain their free social reach , to help them run on social Media platform and helped them fix API Issues and provided algorithms that would allow for a better experience for app and players while running and operating on fb platform as well as the suppt. I provided technically , along with graphic design , additional features and help provided running social media sites while providing marketing and advertising demographically based that grossed an extensive profit, while making play fun for users. It’s a shame to see that this app hasn’t improved upon simple issues that they know can be resolved quickly and daily without being any disadvantage to them. I care about the players just as much as providing apps with successful and profitable service. I’m not one to be petty lol. I just would respect them more If in my entire time invested , see one feature or issue fixed that’s had plenty of reports made , along with viable solutions and since they’ve never once fixed a known problem, that’s a concern. Why cover it up or switch to another feature just bc u wanna ignore existing problems ? Doesn’t make sense.
