Alerts don’t pop on preview or lock screen – EcoWater Systems Wi-Fi Manager Review

When an issue is detected (like continuous water flow) the app doesn’t pop up and alert. I get to know the problem only if I log into the app. Shouldn’t this be a basic functionality?
