Can someone please explain – Flower Garden Free - Grow Flowers Send Bouquets Review

I have planted the flowers and they have bloomed but it will not unlock the next flower seeds for me to grow to meet the challenge. I had to delete the challenge but it will not help me for the next challenge that will want the flowers that I cannot grow. Any suggestions?
