Not able to save to photos – Annotate - Text, Emoji, Stickers and Shapes on Photos and Screenshots Review

After completing my project I attempted multiple times to save my photo to my camera roll and it never shows up. I even tried to save to Apple Pages and nothing there. I finally had to just email it to myself.
