Too buggy to be useful – A Weather Way Review

It crashes regularly while editing. It refuses to allow placement of some building icons and arbitrarily accepts others only to then prevent replacement and removal after. It insists on placing travel icons at 0400, and every time I remove the offending icon, it restores it later. Apps are supposed to make tasks simpler but this app makes simple tasks more complicated.
