Bad customer service from Facebook. – Diosa Force II Elemental Order Review

Been asking their fb page to help with a problem with my $4.99 novice package that I’ve never got it and they told me to go find the other fb version that support English in North America. It doesn’t make sense when their fb page speak and write in English. All I want those poor customer service is to give me their email for the North America version but it seems like they didn’t want to give it to me and ask me to go to the app support website. Guess what it is in Chinese. Now they just ignore my message. So getting refund.
