I’m so upset! – VeChainThor Review

I have a large amount of VET on this wallet. My thumbprint works and can do everything except retrieve my funds. My password and my phrases nothing works to send out of the wallet. I have contacted Vechain several times and never heard anything back. I never had trouble with my other asset wallets. This one used to work for me. Everything I had written down in my safe no longer works when it did before. So with my thumbprint I can look at it and get in my wallet. I just can’t retrieve any of my VET or VTHO..... ?
