Painfully slow and progress reset 200 questions before “guaranteed pass” mark – HESI A2 Pocket Prep Review

When the app is running smoothly, it’s great. Unfortunately, it’s painfully slow in setting up a custom exam. My biggest complaint is my progress was reset with only a few hundred questions until the “guaranteed” pass mark (I paid for the premium version). When I contacted customer support, I was told my account has just been set up that day. I received no response when I replied I paid for/set it up over a week prior.
