App won’t open, no customer support – Tokaido™ Review

iPhone 6s, purchased app, i played it for 30 min, it shut off unexpectedly and now it won’t open. Went to contact customer service and there is no way to do so, they’re website has no content or contact info. I will change my rating or remove it if you solve this issue, or simply provide a refund. Thanks.
