special offer – WW2: real time strategy game Review

i recently bought the special offer for $1.99 that this game offered. which was suppose to give me an HQ level up and a free zone expansion. well bought and paid for but i still didn't get what was offered. tried to restore purchases. but even that didn't work. pressing the restore button or the restore purchase button didn't help nor did restarting the game do anything helpful. so yeah just spent my money on something that didn't even work.
