Can’t get more than the most basic feature. – Telling the time - Teaching telling time with interactive clocks and fun games Review

Can only access the basic feature. All the other teaching elements and games are locked out with no way to unlock them. I’ve tried to UPGRADE but it just tells me “unable to fulfill your request”. Very frustrating.
