Useless app – ReplayIt Review

Unable to get beyond the welcome page?? Thought it was due to my using my iPhone, but will not work on the ipad either. Trying to create an ad for my soon to be physician, and wasting my time now twice with this app. I like another’s comment, save the $100 and write a nice note on a Hallmark card letting her know how proud we are of her fabulous accomplishment! Not sure why the University chose this app when the ratings were so poor as far back as October?
