do not buy this if..... – Symptomatology - Students' Pocket book of Symptoms & Signs Review

seems very basic for me, internal medicine resident. i think it was meant for medical student level which the authors should mention in the intro to the app, DO NOT BUY IF YOUR BEYOND MED SCHOOL!
