Game keeps crashing during ads. – Idle Harbor Tycoon - Sea Docks Review

Why does this game use so much battery? Also Game keeps crashing during adds. All progress made up to that point goes away. Used gems to boost. No boost and I don’t get my gems back. Watched ads to get timed $$$ boost all goes back to zero time. Love the game. Fix the glitch please.
