Impossible to contact – Jigsaw Puzzle Ultimate Review

I purchased a puzzle. I played several puzzles.The next time I opened the puzzle app my purchase was no longer listed with my purchases. The purchase has been deducted and is listed in my iTunes recent purchases. I have tried several times to email the developers but emails will not go thru. Very frustrating. I will not buy any additional puzzle purchases. If anyone has a problem with this app I wish you luck getting any help
