Lagging notifications – Flightview Plus Review

I have been using this app since it came out quite a number of years ago. For the most part I like it better than the competing apps. But, especially of late, I have been very frustrated and unhappy with the notification delays. Often it takes 15+ minutes before I’m alerted on my phone to a flight notification… Departing taking off landing and arriving.The length of the delays in getting the alerts or notifications vary regularly, but more often than not of late at least quarter of an hour. I have had to resort to watching the app itself and refreshing as a post to just waiting for the notifications. As far as viewing any flights within the app, I often have to reboot the app so as to be able to refresh the screen. Often the updating of the flight information freezes up. I have tried to uninstall the app and reinstall the app, but I still have the same issues.
