Who are they marketing this to? – New Baby Sister Makeover Game Review

Not sure if this is meant for an adult audience or if you seriously want little kids to play this. I see where it can help a child understand the arrival of a new sibling and the responsibility involved. The artwork is a little too suggesting and stereotypical for 2018.
