Instagram threat – Best Nine Review

I used this app for 12 hrs and I have had my instagram temp closed due to threat 6 times in the last 3 days. I’ve removed the app and the generated picture from my Instagram after the first “threat” and still have my account closing. How can I fix this? Instagram says you guys are phishing.
