Very annoying upgrade system – Endless Reader Review

My daughter liked this so I tried to buy the full word pack upgrade for $29.99. It gave me an error and now is permanently stuck saying “waiting for parent approval”. Reinstalling doesn’t fix (so clearly all settings are not deleted when the app is deleted). Contacted support and they gave me a convoluted fix involving logging in and out with multiple ID’s and resets....didn’t work, very annoying.
