Poor customer service! – YOOX Review

I agree with the other customer who gave one star. They will definitely send you defective items and refuse to take items back. I was forced to take pictures twice of the same item and email it to YOOX. It’s a delay tactic they use hoping you’ll be frustrated and cease attempting to send an item back. They will also send you the wrong item and stall you hoping you keep an item you never ordered! If it’s a finale sale item, don’t buy! Those are the ones they harass you for because they have a no return policy on those items. Should be illegal in America to attempt to force customers to keep defective items. This is a foreign company. Beware!!
