Not a good app!! Fix please – Zoo Mobile Review

I can’t even get past the loading sign I have tried turning the game on multiple times and it still won’t work! And it says unable to load, so something is wrong! And my friend has had this app and it works for her! And this is a new phone so... oh and my friend says that this game is extremely expensive?! So I would not get it if I was you!!!!! FIX PLEASE
