Developer please help – A World of Ice and Fire Review

Have tried to send email after hitting the help icon but I am not sure if it’s the right email address. First off let me say I really love this application. There can be a lot of confusion due to the complex story lines and so many characters and locations. This application is so helpful in keeping everything and everybody straight in your head. I appreciate the brief but informative backstories of the characters and locations as well. The maps are so very thorough and so easy to navigate as well. It’s worth every penny. Now to my issue DEVELOPERS- I have purchased everything and have the slider all the way over to the 5th book but in spite of that some of the characters journey’s are locked. For example I chose Brienne of Tarth and it informed me the book she first appears in is not unlocked and sends me to the slider screen to unlock it. The slider is already set to unlock all 5 books(all the way over to ‘the right side over ‘A Dance With Dragons’) Could you give advice here and or send me the correct email to direct my question? This is a really awesome application and I would greatly appreciate any help you can offer. Thank you!!!!
