Bad experience with upgrading roav dashcam – Roav Review

Upgraded my roav dash cam as suggested on the roav app. The upgrade completed, however, it is spewing error that it could not load flash card and suggested to format it. I ended up formatting the flash card and lost all existing recorded videos. To make things worst, I could no longer connect the roav dash cam via my iphone wifi. Restarted both iphone and roav dashcam, still unable to connect the wifi. Now, I am in a situation that I could not manage and download the videos on the roav dashcam. This is really a frustrating experience for me.
