Wrong product – Nykaa – Makeup/Beauty Shopping Review

I have used other shopping sites as well but never got a bad service like Nykaa. Using Nykaa for the 1st time, got the wrong product. It’s been 1 month since I asked for replacement but No response nothing. I am using Nykaa for the 1st and the last time. Thank you Nykaa for your worst service
