Accurate, intuitive, only a one tweak I would make – FireBoard® Review

I just got a Fireboars for Christmas and love it so far. My father in law asked me to to a Prime rib on his Weber Genesis. The temperature control on those is pretty finicky, and the ambient temperature probe made it a lot easier to dial it in. I’m glad FireBoard put in the time and effort to make a great thermometer AND app. A lot of companies focus on just one aspect. The only tweak I would love to see is the ability to add time specific notes. Maybe a hard press on the time graph to pull up a note, “we did xyz at this time stamp” I think that would make the usage of the app for future cooks a lot easier and enjoyable.
