Stuck on getting help from friends – My City - Entertainment Tycoon Review

I really like this game, but I’m stuck on the section where you ask for help from friends. The game tells me to get help, but it’s stuck won’t let me progress any further. I tried deleting and re-installing, but I’m still stuck.
