App is unusable. Will not allow me to log in – W | Bear : Photos & Videos App Review

Use to work fine until the update. Now each time I try to log in on my iPhone the app loads & loads until it times out. I have attempted getting in contact with the support team & have gotten NO CONTACT BACK.
