Buyer beware - they automatically renew w/o warning – Mention, real time media monitoring for your brand Review

Nowhere on the website does it say they will automatically renew - yet they did to the tune of $1K. The website says no refunds. Now I’m out a grand for a service I don’t use. Total scam!!!
