App doesn’t work – DIY Themes - Custom Backgrounds,Themes and Wallpapers For iOS 7 Review

iPhone 8plus after downloading there’s a pop up that asks you (me) to go to privacy, photos and then to “giltter” that doesn’t exist. Can’t not use app, PLEASE REFUND ME!
