Really Helpful – Shape: Fitness Review

Well... I have been looking for a workout app that can help me to lose some fat and gain some muscle. My doctor recommended me to have max 17% body fat. So I downloaded this app with a recommendation of a friend. What I loved most is the app is really well organized and you can find what you look for easily. I selected a 6 weeks fat burning plan for beginners and so far I am progressing. Another thing is that the app has very large exercise library which helps me to find exercises for gym as well. Sometimes I feel lost in the gym but the app saves me. I can recommend to add a search function for workouts because sometimes I spend extra time to find what I look for but at the end I find it. Not very big deal. Also it would be good if you guys add a calorie counter. I know the app already does much more than what we pay but why not a calorie counter functionality... I believe that I will fit my target weight and bodyfar after 6 weeks of the plan I am registered. I have also limited my sugar intake and not eating fatty foods. You know its not only working out but also taking care what you eat. Anyway, just a great app and I really find it very useful. I will share more experiences in the following weeks.
